These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website leximaro.com (hereinafter, "the Site"), operated by Leximaro S.A. (hereinafter, "Leximaro"), registered with the General Inspectorate of Justice under No. 1847/2019, with Tax ID (CUIT) 30-71698254-9 and registered address at Av. Corrientes 1234, Floor 8, Office B, C1043AAZ, City of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing and using the Site, you accept these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you disagree with any provision, we ask that you do not use the Site. Leximaro reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, publishing the updated version on this page.
2. Purpose of the Site
The Site aims to inform the public about the real estate crowdlending model, the services offered by Leximaro and the investment opportunities available on the platform. The content of the Site is informational in nature and does not constitute, by itself, a binding investment offer or personalized financial advice.
3. Legal capacity
Use of the Site and participation in the services offered by Leximaro are reserved for individuals over 18 years of age with full legal capacity to contract, in accordance with current Argentine legislation (Civil and Commercial Code of the Nation, articles 22 and related).
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including texts, designs, logos, images, source code, graphics and the "Leximaro" brand — is the exclusive property of Leximaro S.A. or its licensors, and is protected by Law 11,723 on Intellectual Property and complementary regulations. Reproduction, distribution, modification or unauthorized use of the Site's content is prohibited.
5. Permitted use
The user agrees to use the Site lawfully, in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: use the Site for fraudulent, illegal or harmful purposes; attempt to access systems, servers or databases without authorization; reproduce, copy or distribute Site content without written authorization from Leximaro; send false or misleading information through the available forms.

The Site provides a contact form. Data sent through this form (name, email, message) will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Leximaro does not guarantee a specific response time, although it commits to responding within a reasonable period.
7. Limitation of liability
Leximaro endeavors to ensure that the information published on the Site is accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free from errors, omissions or interruptions. The Site content is provided "as is" and "as available". Leximaro shall not be liable for: losses or damages arising from the use of the Site or the information contained therein; interruptions, technical errors or Site failures; investment decisions made solely based on the Site's content.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any dispute arising from the use of the Site, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the National Ordinary Courts of the City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply.
